Hello everyone! If I were to cancel the sponsorship process of my spouse after she recieved her work permit can she open up a credit card in her name after an annulment?

If this were the case:
What happens to the debts owed after her work permit expires? Am I obligated to pay the sum of the total amount?

You are not responsible for private debt. You are responsible for debt owed to the government if she goes on welfare.
