you know I really think there should be a limit to the time they can take. No more that 7 months max from start to finish. If they take longer they can be sued for mental anguish :'(. LOl.. I know I am just blowing wind, but this really frustrates me. 2years? how is this supposed to keep their sanity? I am telling you my husband and I are on our very last nerve, so I can imagine how you feel.

Page 20,21,31, of the manual although they have changed the wording since last year its still basically says in a timely manner if it is routine,thats what it says now.

I have also read the Audit for London High Commision where they are saying they just hired more staff as they were highly understaffed.
