Is it ok to change jobs post ITA?

I have a query about Post ITA scenario. IS it okay if we change jobs after we receive the Invitation and submit the documents?

I am in a very slow paced and non-learning kind of job which is not adding anything to my resume. Hence, considering to switch jobs. What is the process of updating this information in my application?

How can we update the Visa officer about the job change, post ITA? Can it be mentioned in the personal history section? Or is it ok if we don't mention it at all?

If your job or visa isn't lmia or pnp specific, then you don't have to tell them anything.
