Submitted PR application with documents after medical examination on 14 August 2017. Got student visa for another country roughly one month later. Flew September 19, 2017, currently studying postgraduate. Change includes: change of address, Profession (left my last work on 15 Sep, currently student). Also, the processing has exceeded the official time frame. My status is that the visa is still being processed.
I looked for any place to update the changes, but couldn't find it for some time. Just stumbled upon the link today while searching for something else on cic website:

So my question is: should I update or wait for the response on the application and then intimate the changes? is there any consequence of not updating the circumstances ?
