Yes actually it is a big mistake and your application will be returned back unprocessed for fixing the mistake and resubmission.

You should have written your NOC code because each one of the skill levels ( A, B and 0) contains many different job titles and occupations.

You can do that, but still it is not guaranteed that they will consider the new form which you are ging to send. They might accept or not.

However, try to do it as soon as possible before they start processing your application since you are not going to lose anything if they do not accept it except the cost of sending the form by mail.
