i have biological aunts who are Canadian citizens and live in Canada. i said no to having relatives in Canada since they are not siblings and i do not get points for them. can i get in trouble for not declaring them? if so can i include a LOE stating that i did not claim them since i do not get points for them under CEC (neither CRS or adaptability points)?

You can choose to ignore LOE and aunts (LOLZ). Because when you submit the ITA application, you will be asked to fill in the details of your parents and siblings only.
