Is IRCC Website down? Trying to reset password from https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/reset-password

Hi!

Is the CIC website down ? I am trying to login to check the status of my Citizenship here : https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/sign-in, I am unable to login, Maybe i an entering a wrong password.

When i try to reset my password from this link : https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/reset-password and enter my email address and hit reset. It says "Our system is down. Try again later."

Anyone experiencing the same?

I am not on VPN and also inside canada. Tried from Private browser and phone as well. So its not a cookies or caches issue from the browser.
Are you able to reset your password from https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/reset-password ?

2 possible reasons
- You might be using wrong email address to reset password
- You account is more than 60 days old (and not submitted application) which means it is automatically deleted.

I faced the issue. "Our system is down. Try again later." is a bug in their system.
