My husband is on a study permit in Vancouver BC. I have applied sowp on 16th September and gave biometrics on 15th October. Since sowp is taking significant amount of time I have applied to visit visa for 1 month via the new portal on 16th November. I have a letter from my employer about my return to my home country and also about the leave plan. But i have heard people saying that IRCC is considering the latest application and the old application for that UCI number is being withdrawn. Since sowp is my priority I am in a state of confusion whether I have to withdraw my visit visa so that there would not be any problem to my Sowp application. Ki dly suggest!....
