Is internship time count in study course time at the time of applying for visa?

Hello friends,

I am applying for student visa today, but I faced the issue of course duration.
I have a course of 15 months (13-month course + 2-month internship) so while filling the student visa form do I just right 13 months and co-op work permit from 2 months or I have to write 15 in total course duration including 2 months internship in student visa form?

I am asking this question as two forms are different like student visa form and co-op work form.
