good day to all,i just want to ask about my PR application.I did not submit IELTS or i did not include IELTS on my application because base on documents checklist For provincial nominee,is says that noc c0de c and d are required to have an IELTS examination,i am under NOC code b 7265 welder and other related machine operation,do u think i made the right decision to not include an IELTS to my application? will CIC require me to provide IELTS after i sent my PR application? thanks guys for the answers god bless to all!
