Is IELTS mandatory for the dependent of a Primary applicant applying for a PR

My husband is in Canada on an Open Work Permit and has applied for his Permanent Residence.
He has cleared his IELTS.
Is it mandatory for me( his dependent applicant) to take the IELTS before applying for the PR ?

No - dependant is not required to take IELTS

Nope.. only mandatory for primary applicant.

No need. Same situation here. Only the primary applicant has to take the IELTS.
