Is F1 OPT experience in US acceptable "skilled work experience"?

Hello immigration gurus,

I have worked in US as a Software Engineer for 2+ years on F1 OPT/STEM extension. Does this experience count towards skilled work experience (i.e. following question in CRS tool)?

ii. In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).
