Is emedical faster?

Edit: We received our MR today.
I have couple of questions.

1) Is emedical faster when it comes to getting results to CIC?
2) Is there a list somewhere of the clinics that are emedical enabled? More specifically looking for one close to don mills and Sheppardd.

Yes emedicals are uploaded directly to CIC by the doctors. Google CIC panel physicians for a list of all emedicals enabled doctors.

Thanks for the clarification. Tried searching for the CIC panelists with emedical enabled but could not find any comprehensive list. All I have right now is the Panel List from CIC's own website but that does not tell whether they are emedical enabled or not.
