Is EE FSW (Outside Canada) still open

Hi Members,

I am asking on behalf of a friend — is EE FSW still open for applicants outside Canada?

Especially for the categories:

Cyber Security

College Professors

Are there any occupations that are no longer eligible to apply for FSW? If applicant's are outside Canada (Non-CEC) If so, where can I check this?

It's open for all skilled occupations.

Just incredibly difficult to get selected. If they have a college (assume you mean uni) teaching job they should be aware that it may not be possible to get one in Canada. Would look into potential job opportunities in Canada since Canada has a small number of universities.
