Hi,

I want to understand whether the ECA is Required from both Universities where I completed my B.Tech (Full time 4 Years) and MBA (Full time 2 Years) ?

OR just the highest Qualifaction ECA will work as is stated on the website, which will be my MBA degree.

Please let me know and whether to go for both or just the highest one.

Highest qualification should be enough IF your Masters evaluates to a Canadian equivalent Masters which it usually does if your MBA is from a good/legit institute.
I know people who only submitted their Masters ECA and got their PR

Anyhow,
Is there any downside of not submitting my bachelors for ECA
and any upside to only submitting my Masters for ECA?

Does it affect the overall points calculation?

Downside:
None

Upside:
Save money
Potentially faster ECA results (maybe? Due to just one degree being evaluated)
Have to deal with one less institute with red tape

You only get points for your highest degree earned. Getting your bachelors evaluated will not give you extra points.
