I am the primary applicant, I have my IELTS and WES - ECA done.My spouse have IELTS , but ECA is delayed now and may take several weeks to complete.
1)Is it mandatory to have ECA for both in place for applying ?Or can we just submit with No for qn asking if ECA done for spouse if we feel we may have decent score without including spuse's ECA?
2)In above case, can we just add education details and mention No for ECA done in lst 5 years qn? Or should we say No for higher education itself?
