Is Degree mandatory for PR

Dear sir/ma'am

Im 25 years old. Im an Indian passport holder. I would like to work in Canada.
I don’t have any Degrees, but i have Diploma in Hospitality and airport management. And I’m an IATA certificate holder. I have five years of work experience in Travel and Tourism field. Currently I’m working as a travel consultant. Is degree mandatory for Pr visa? Can I get the PR visa based on my qualifications and experience?
