Is benifits mandatory in employment reference letter???

i worked as a full time employee for 4 months in a company.As it is not a permanent full time employee they dont offer me any kind of benifits.They just gave like worked as full time employee from _____ to _____.
Do benifits in letter is mandatory ,does it works without benifits in my letter

Nope, just salary, title, your duties, how long you've been there, Benefits are not needed, they don't really care, they want to see you're making taxable income, and have worked for a year (at one or more employers).
