Is applying outside Canada possible ? I meet the requirements but physical presence calculator has "Date you returned to Canada" for all periods

Basically "Date you returned to Canada" is a required field and it does not seem possible to enter that one is still out of Canada.

Is it recommended to apply while in Canada ? Is it even possible to apply while out of Canada ?

Applying from outside Canada is neither practical nor possible
You need to declare the city you are signing the form from plus you need to also mention in the physical presence calculator when did you last arrive in Canada
