Is anyone having issues filling the forms with the new new IRCC Portal?

I am trying to submit a student visa application but I am having severe issues logging in and continuing my application even while I have saved it

If it times me out or I log out, everything I have been saving and typing is all gone. Is anyone receiving the same error or what? This is frustrating!
