It says it certifies i graduated from my uni and has the date and degree name
is this enough or is the actual diploma needed
I'm in Canada and its from Canada and the letter has my degree name date and have transcript as well
thing is it'd come in mail and my permit expires nov 15th and takes 2 weeks
is that not enough or can I submit a letter to explain and add the diploma later
