Have you found an employer willing to hire you? If yes, does the employer have an LMIA for this position?

You have asked this question before and it has been answered. Asking it again is not going to change the answer.

No - right now you are NOT eligible for a work permit.

To be eligible for a work permit you need a full-time job offer in Canada and an approved LMIA.

Given the level of education you have completed and your past experience - you should assume it's going to be very difficult to find a job offer in Canada and obtain an approved LMIA.

As you are very recently rejected a student visa, chances to get a work visa are near to None

It is best for you to apply again and address previous rejection reason

"Work visa near to none" what is meant by that #Aruma ???
It means you have an extremely low chance of getting a work permit.

The reasons why you have an extremely low chance is because of your age, your level of education, your past work experience and the fact you have previously applied for a study permit.

Oh OK then after how many years I should apply?
Once you have completed a degree or diploma in your home country and have gained a few years of work experience after completing your schooling.
