Is a 3 year distance learning degree from recognized university acceptable for Express Entry / CRS

Hello everyone, need guidance on the below:

Can we have a degree - 3 year duration - from an Indian recognized university (recognized by University Grants Commission of India) acceptable as a Bachelor Education for IRCC and for various other immigration programs? ECA can be done for this degree.

If ECA recognizes it as 3 years then yes. You will not know until ECA is completed.
