Hey, everybody!
Want to share my second refusal here.
They have checked:
- Purpose of visit
- Current employment situation

CAIPS is short and disappointing:
Irregular employment history. I am not satisfied that PA is a bonafide student or that he will leave Canada at the end of stay. Application refused.
College has already sent LoA for new term and I'm thinking how to improve my application.
I'm very confused with refusal reason: I didn't had problems with employment last years and the only what can be counted as "Irregular employment history" was my participation in long-term volunteer project in Germany. I think, I should try to explain in motivation letter, that it gave a significant boost to my career. More than one HR confessed, that they invited me on interview because of such exotic line in resume. :D
In addition, from this month my salary was increased in 50%, so that can be counted as "significant change in current employment situation".
The yearly bonus was a good addition to available funds.
And the last, I'm having a vocation in Britain soon. One more point in my travel history.

What do you think? Has my new application a chance? Can you give any advises?
