One of my friend told me yesterday his file was transferred to Ottawa again from winnipeg office few days ago.
He added her spouse in mid march 2019. As he got last update on 25 nov 2019 when they requested medical exam for both spouse n main applicant.

If he apply via provincial nomination ottawa might be the province where he was nominated, im not sure about it though

As we are stuck Gods Knows for how many more months. I wanna apply for a spouse visitor visa, what are refusal chances? Any tips to make a strong application, as it will have dual intend. ?
