Hello friends. I recently received an email from ircc in Junly 2021 to confirm my permanent residency within Canada through ircc web portal. I was nominated as provincial nominee in 2018. I have applied paper application for pr since 2018. However in January 2020 due to buisness decision the call center I was working at closed. I had to return to my country of birth. My question is will CIC give me pr from Pakistan I mentioned that to them that I am not in Canada and due to COVID-19 and closed work permit I couldn't find a job. Please let me know what you guys think.
