I'm trying to submit proof of paying biometrics fee using the IRCC web form. Three times now I have received an email stating:
"We verified the information you provided; however, it differs from the one we have on file."
How do I find out what the difference is between what was submitted on the web form (which is fairly basic yet still somewhat confusing) and what I submitted with my PR application? The annoying part is that the turnaround time is so slow (~10 days) to tell me the info is different.
For context, I am a US citizen applying for PR from within Canada with my Canadian husband as my sponsor. I didn't think I needed a biometric test when I filled out the application but got a letter stated it was needed. So I paid the fee and am now trying to provide proof that I paid the fee.
Please help, I'm losing my mind over this.
