IRCC web form for submitting passport stamps and visas?

Hello Dears

I have submitted my application for a study permit, I wasn't aware that I have to submit the pages with visas and stamps, a couple days after application submission, I sent the passport with stamps and visa pages by IRCC webform and got a reply that they have received my documents.

My concern
is that correct to use IRCC webform to submit my passport?
does that affect the final decision to be refused because of this mistake?

web forms are the best option to send documents,, for verification of ur concerns, you can call them up ask for the status and additional documents

Thank you, AKSHAYCHAUHAN181 , I tried to call them the embassy which processing my application they will not communicate on issues related to visa and immigration, only the machine answers, but I got a reply from the embassy that my documents have been received, but it hasn't appeared in my online GC account with other submitted documents.

Give them some time i might be slow on updating stuff on gc key
