hi, how we can change of address with IRCC. i am trying to do it but can't do it. any one please help me.
also how i can link my refugee application to IRCC portal. when ever i am trying to find there is no option for refugee in selection.

-You have to send a webform or you can call ircc 8882422100 .
- you can’t link your refugee application to ircc account .

Hiee .. I jst need to know how can I cancel my student visa for Canada as I came Canada but had to come back because of some unforeseen circumstances and now college and bank is asking for visa cancellation for refund.
