Quick question. The applicants who completed their oath and sent Oath Form to IRCC Scarborough office after the ceremony, Did you receive any acknowledgment or auto email reply from them after sending them the oath form? How to know they have correctly received the form and have accepted it to process and send out the citizenship certificate?

no, there is no auto reply from them. I think they will contact you if there is something wrong with the form
did you check your tracker? Is your app closed?

Interesting. I got DM in Nov and scheduled for oath in March 2022. Has anyone received the oath invite instruction for March 2022?

My friend had test in September and was scheduled for oath in March as well

I saw dates vary from anytime between 5 days to 3 months... i got DM on 8 Jan 2021 and still awaiting for Oath.... There is no define process ... 16 months now since i submitted my application

May I ask you if you apply for urgent process?
And after submit oath form, did you receive auto reply?

Finally done!!! Just took my oath and sent them a signed oath form. Very happy that this is over.
I wish all the people on the forum a speedy processing and achieving their dreams. For those who are waiting very long time-please don't give up. Your turn come soon. I know how hard is it to wait an update for months and check your tracker several times a day. Don't give up. All the best!

Oath Update after how many days of DM ?

After decision made, I got the oath update in 11 days.
Decision made Jan 5, 2022 and "Citizenship oath activity status updated" on Jan 16, 2022.

I just got an email from IRCC Scarborough.

Dear Client

Your Citizenship file has been assigned to me for review. Please provide scanned copies or airline tickets for all trips taken to [my country of birth].
Are you employed – provide details
Are you physically in Canada.
Provide a phone number where you can be reached.

Has anybody else received such an email?

I find this email and request a bit strange. I mean, Who has physical copies of their tickets these days. I found all the tickets in my email and I think I am going to print the emails to PDF. What else can I do?

In total, I traveled 6 times to visit my parents. This request is after I sent them my passport copies 2 months ago.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Hi. I didn't receive any acknowledgment of receival. Oath status is still showing "in progress".

It’s very strange…. For some friends the status changed to closed and completed next day and for some still in progress. Not able to understand this entire thing and also don’t know what is the logic. During good old days of in-person, this used to be on the spot after the oath ceremony and now these days it became an entire new process with additional wait… whereas in this situation they should not have asked people to cut PR cards till the receipt of certificates at least.
