Yeah, I'm really thankful and grateful for very fast processing of my application, thank you. Im really hoping for the best for everyone . I hope I'll receive my certificate soon, so I can apply for my passport coz I'll be travelling next month.

took the test Aug 30.

Received an email Friday Oct 29th for photocopies not original PP and travel documents.

Sent all the documents Nov 1st via Purolator. Will see if things change in a week or so.

Up until today nothing has change on my tracker. Sigh....Applied in Feb 2019.

I got Certificates for my family yesterday, Nov 18. Oath was on Nov 12. Not urgent.

Already applied in person in Kitchener this morning. Passport pick up time is scheduled for Dec 3. More info here.

Got a reply from VO.

it looks like Taking oath early requires urgent processing reasons. And I will see if i can get the required documents.

And there is a lot of applicants pending not just you and me.Everyone is same.

VO is probably swamped with applications.

• needing Canadian citizenship to:
  • apply for a job
  • avoid losing your job
  • go to a Canadian school, college or university
• needing to travel because of death or serious illness in your family and you can’t get a passport in your current nationality

Even if these conditions apply to you, we may not be able to process your request urgently. If we do process your request urgently, we may not be able to do it in time to help your situation. Please provide proof of your emergency in order for us to determine if we can schedule your ceremony sooner.

Congrats, how long did it take that you to get your citizenship Certificate? how did you get an appointment for your passprt? Thank you

4 business days to recieve the certificate. I got the appointment by quoting a travel need.
