Also I noticed that they have significantly increased interview requests. Have seen interviews from Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Hamilton as well.

I think Scarborough will resume sending invites from next week, probably for now they are occupied with the processing current upcoming Oaths on 13 and 14 April.
Not really. You would have to see DM on your eCAS. But also - Scarborough office has almost no exceptions for interviews.
Completed test on March 20 no DM yet (or interview) I’m a June 2019 applicant. My test link was valid from March 19 to April 8(today) should I wait another couple weeks to inquire? Don’t want them to forget me for another 21 months
I had applied for my wife and son on 25th Jan 2019 due to my days not complete I had to wait for my application. By Dec 22nd 2019 they had the Passport in their hand.... and then the bloody pandemic hit and killed my timeline
Ya but imagine having the passport and then getting locked in
this is how I think about this whole covid delay.. I would feel more miserable having a Canadian pp and not being able to travel lol.. let’s hope we all get our pp by end of summer atleast and hopefully things will open back up.. save up and collect all your air miles

Yes you should wait a while.
My test window was from 15 Jan to 4 Feb, passed test on 23 January and got interview call on 17th Feb, did interview on 23 Feb and since we had to provide. New FP (which were provides on 17/18 March) and DM was 23 Mar.
So keep in mind about 6 to 8 weeks for interview and then DM. Add another 4 weeka for Oath invite.

It is safe to say that Scarborough has significantly bumped up their test invitations. Maybe they have more agents available to handle files, so their capacity to deal with backlog increased significantly. I'm really glad to see this trend 
You should get your oath invitation very soon. According to several posters on the forum, Mississauga will resume oath ceremonies mid-April.
