Yes I understand, so how many days/weeks after the DM you have emailed them?
I emailed them on the exact same day I received DM, one day after my status tracker was updated with a scheduled oath date.

same in my case also. don't know what to do. did you take the Test outside canada?

No it was inside canada and whenever i call them ,they will say it is normal and just wait .fucken it s more then 3 years now how long more i have to wait while some 2021 applicants already they got thier passport.
I don't know how they process the case .is depend on your case worker or chance. Already i submitted my complaint to cic justice court so waiting for results. It s not normal hold our case without reason. So they should go next step during 3 to 4 months when you pass test or if they need more information or documents they have to ask.

I never thought this day would come and I would be typing this out but I FINALLY got scheduled to an Oath today morning. I'm a June 2019 applicant, I've been waiting for 3 years and two months for this news. Thank you to everyone who has been supportive throughout this process. Wish you all the best. Hang in there, your time will come sooner rather than later.
