I am from Niagara Falls but I see SCR in my test invite email id. That means all online test invites for Ontario applicants sent by Scarborough office?

Hello. I managed to speak to them today. You just have to keep trying at 18882422100. According to a facebook page I joined it takes time and the best time slots ate 8-8:30 each day or Friday 2pm-4pm. Prepare yourself to wait and try a lot. Good luck.

IRCC does not send any confirmation about despatching the certificate. Based on experience, I may say that if the case is marked as 'Closed' it may be presumed that the certificate has been despatched.

Didn’t follow up, but did reach out to MPP to get update in Sept / Oct 2021. Here are my dates:

Test: Nov 2021
PP: Dec 2021
Interview: Mar 24, 2022
Oath: Apr 19, 2022

Yes I was. My file now says it is closed so hopefully that means the certificate won't be too long.
