I'm not sure but I don't think you can. I guess it is sent via regular mail so I think tracking may not be available.
I haven't seen any reports confirming that IRCC will provide a tracking number if asked but you could check with the clerk at your ceremony.
What's the email address sending out the oath ceremony invitation, is it the same one as the test invite? <ircc.dncitscrscheduling-convocationscrcitrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca>
I have been assigned a ceremony date on Aug 31, but cannot attend. Wish to request a date later time.

It was an officer who sent mine. Suggest you try calling the call centre so they can make an immediate note to the office, if not send a Webform.
In the new online tracker, every step shows completed except “citizenship ceremony” and ECAS shows ‘decision made’, both changed today.

Timelines are all over the place. There isn't a pattern we can deduce a timeline from. A very rough ball park figure would be anywhere between a month and a few months (?) from now but likely before the end of this year.
