Is anyone able to help how to create an account for tracker my nephew need help his name is say abc singh and he added that as it is , i tried everything but it is niot taking either way like manvirfirst name singh last name so i jsut want to know how to add the given names as needed

First Name: ABC
Last Name: Singh
If the system rejects spaces or special formats
No extra spaces before or after the name
if the name is correct but it still doesn't work, might have the problem is usually on of these,
UCI number entered incorrectly
Application number incorrect
Using the wrong date of birth format
