Hi All,

I am using IRCC Portal (https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en) for filing visiting visa. When I logged in today, I got this error - "User information could not be found. Please try again later.". I tried different browsers and cleared the cache but no luck yet.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I am also facing same issue, received an email that I had a one new message, that Time onwards trying to login. No update till now

It seems that only those who applied through the IRCC new portal are getting this error. The old gckey one is working fine
