my consultant received the email last sept 1 whereinircc is asking for details such as uci, applicant # etc for them to be able give me an access for the portal. Is it okay if I email them separately?Since my consultant told me that I should be the one to email the ircc not her. Though the email with pdf attachment was directly sent to her. Hoping someone can help me. Thank you
