Hi,

Today I opened my account in the IRCC new portal. I can log-in to my account, but when I click Apply for a visitor visa I get following error message:


Unknown Error occurred.
We're sorry you ended up here. Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, you can:
  • Report a technical problem by completing the Web form on the Contact Us page of our website.
  • Make sure to include the error details listed below.
  • Return to sign in.

Anyone has any suggestion?

I’m facing similar issues too. I can’t open my application for editing is it remains blank with an error.

I thought I was the only one. Please update anyone if you are able to fix this problem.
 
I have also seeing the same error since last 24 hours. No update from ircc when it will be fixed. Anyone if found solution or fix please do share

I am facing the same issue from yesterday! still not working
 
I have been facing same problem since yesterday also. I hope it get resolved fast.

I just tweeted IRCC, let’s see if they respond. I will let you know once I hear from them.
