I was in Canada two months ago and applied for a work permit. A problem happened and I returned to Iran. My request was rejected.
I am coming to Canada again, can I apply for a work permit again? Do you need special documents or is it enough to apply on the website?

Yes. You applied under special measure and were refused. The purpose of the special measure is that you cannot return Iran for safety reasons, and need to remain in Canada. You went back to Iran so you were not in peril.
