I paid IQAS September 2019, they sent an email to me January 10 that my refund was being processed. But I never asked for a refund and I didn’t cancel my application. I got a refund in my bank account today. I have tried contacting them via email and phone call, i haven’t been able to. Please what can I do? I have a law degree and I heard IQAS is the best to use for my ECA.
