My EIA still shows submitted even tho I already delivered them my documents last february 2nd do I need to followup
Hi so I have been checking again daily I haven't received anything from them my documents were delivered on 31st Jan
I have contacted them and got the auto generated reply, what should I do
I have sent all my documents in one package
So these guys have taken 6 months to verify my bachelor's degree, below mentioned is my timeline
1. Online Application: 8 - 01 - 2019
2. Shipment dispatch: 08-01-2019
3. Shipment delivered to IQAS: 10-01-2019
4. AOR 1: 02-05-2019
5. AOR 2: 02-05-2019
6. In line for processing: 01-05-2019
7. Final Review: 07-05-2019
8. Final Review Date Update: 29-05-2019 (this shows complete then goes back to final review)
9. Complete: 04/06/2019 ( Certificate available to download, Hard Copy Mailed)
Now their website clearly states that the timeline will depend on the number of applications they receive. In fact, they consider 20 weeks to process from the date you receive your first AOR, the earlier months don't even count, this lady when I called on the customer care had told me this
but you have to consider a 6 month wait for sure, if you receive before that your very lucky.

but you have to consider a 6 month wait for sure, if you receive before that your very lucky.This is quite distressing. Before I got AOR, I called their phone line and they told me they were opening applications in the last week of January (even though people here were already receiving AORs for February).
I would suggest that you wait till Friday and call them. You first should inquire about the dates they are opening. Hopefully they'll say February, you can then your complaint. I think you should bug them with calls (they don't respond to mails). I wish you all the best.

You will wait another month for the fluctuation before printing it.
You must keep patience
My transcripts arrived there on Feb 11th and I haven't received AOR2 yet. I submitted on Jan 24th and got AOR1 on May 24th.
