hi friends i got the my IQAS Assessment Report ( my status is Fluctuation of final review to complete ) i forward my url link to amyth bro in yesterday night his response and send to me report copy link in just 8 hours time period and i downloaded my ECA report. any one have same issue free to ask and take amyth bro help. ones again thank you so much for amyth bro .....

AOR1 & AOR2 : 04 Apr, 2019
On hold : 09 Apr, 2019
Final review : 24 Apr, 2019
Fluctuation started : 23 May, 2019
Mailed/View Certificate : 24 May, 2019
Canadian Equivalency : Master of Business Administration

So it took me exactly 5 months for evaluation. Thank you all and especially @kar_falcon who helped me get access my report just moments after it started fluctuating.

My application went into the fluctuation state yesterday and I messaged @amyth.india just about a couple of hours back and he helped me download the ECA report right away. Thanks a ton to him ! My timelines are as below.

16 Dec: Submitted Application
23 Dec: Documents sent by me reached IQAS. These were the copies of all my educational documents
9 Jan : My graduation transcripts reached IQAS
14 Jan : My Post grad transcripts sent directly by SCDL reached IQAS
1 Apr : AOR1
3 May : AOR2
14 May: Final Review
29 May: Fluctuation
30 May: Received ECA with Amyth.India' s help
