IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with IQAS timelines for ECA evaluation.

- My documents courier was delivered to IQAS on 19th November has still they haven't acknowledged the receipt. Is there anyone around the same time sailing in the same boat.
Reply would be highly appreciated.

My documents also delivered to IQAS by Dec 13.Still no update.Seems they are taking 3 months for initial update.

Well, did you check all pages of the PDF? Does your "Level of Achievement outside of Canada" covered the entire single page, and there is no room left to type anything on that single page (usually this happens when you have many degree to evaluate like 3-4 degrees). If yes, then they must have mentioned "Level of Achievement outside of Canada" in another page, and they only scanned first page and uploaded it. (These are only my assumptions)

What's you current status? Is it mailed? If yes, then you can wait for the hard copy (i guess that should have the details of Comparative level of achievement in Canada). If status is not mailed, then you must write or call to them to verify the same thing, so they can timely sort it and you can get neat hard copy with complete details (i don't know their contact no. or email, but few people posted earlier in this forum, so try to scroll).

You were right on this. They uploaded just one page and forgot to upload second page. They have rectified this on portal after I called them and have mailed the final report as well on 2nd Feb. My score now 466 from 434 after positive assessment of MBA IMT CDL.
My timeline:
Documents sent to IQAS: 27th July, 2018
AOR 1: 20th September, 2018
AOR 2: 4th October, 2018
Assessing:17th January, 2019
Final Review: 24th January, 2019
Soft Copy: 28th January, 2019
Hard Copy Mailed: 2nd Feburary, 2019 (Expected to receive by tomorrow)

Hi, mine is completed with the Comparative level of Canada within a page. Or maybe you have more than 2 certificate to assess so it falls into another page?
If not it's better to check with them.

They uploaded the complete report after I called them. Status changed to mailed on 2nd Feb.

They send aor1 and aor2 after 75-90 days from date of receipt of your application and transcripts

Hey, how many degrees did you send for verification??
As in just masters or both masters and undergrad.

What will be the password for this ? I never registered and while retrieving username can see email as username. When selecting reset password with file number a link is sent to email address. When trying to reset password from same link, it gives error " An error has occurred, please click on home button........" Any one aware about it.

When I click on my application status, I see a page asking me to confirm my personal details and the option to 'Save and Close' or 'Save and Continue'. Clicking on either of these options takes me to an error screen. Is anyone else facing this problem?

Should I be able to also download a soft copy of my ECA now? Or is that the next step?

I think you can view certificate only when status changes to Mailed (and you get an option "View Certificate").
