I had sent my application in a big A4 envelope with sealed educational documents from my University (Bachelor & Masters) on 19th February 2018. I recieved a confirmation text via the courier service that it was delivered on 22nd February 2018. I recieved an email on 29th March 2018 from IQAS that my application was received by the IQAS office. Once the academic documents from my institution arrive in their office they will send me a second email and my file will be placed in line for processing. Now my concern is that the courier pack already had the sealed educational envelope, my application and photo copies of educational documents. Does this mean that my envelopes have been misplaced there? I have already sent them an email sharing my concern but no response has been recieved yet. Can someone please guide and help me out in this.
