After WES stopped accepting evaluation applications from Punjab Technical University, I was thinking about getting my credentials evaluated from International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) Alberta. Alongwith everything usual, they also require proof of name change.
My current passport has my Full name i.e FIRST NAME + MIDDLE NAME + LAST NAME. I officially added my last name to my name in 2005.
My Degree certificate & Mark Sheets only have : FIRST NAME + MIDDLE NAME.
I was wondering what would be considered a proof of name change. I only have a regional language newspaper classified advertisement from 2005 that declared that I had changed my name.
