IP2 with Medical under viewing, Ontario PNP entry express

AOR: 18 sep, 2018
Medical is under viewing since 17 Octobre,2018
IP1 on the same day,
IP2 since 29 Novembre, 2018

Does an pnp applicant still need to be asked to provide the Schedule A and Nomination certificate? I didnot give it when I submitted my application?

Is there someone has the same situation? IP2 withnot medical passed?
