IOM Medical--Glasses

Hi,

I have a medical at IOM khi on 1st August, when i called them they asked me that i have to bring my medical history of glasses what do they mean by that?? is there any body here who had a medical at IOM and had glasses? and can share what documents did he took with him?

I did medical from IOM in BD. They didn't want anything like that but they took eye test on the spot. I think they want the receipts of the doctor you have shown before taking glasses. In BD electronic machine produces automatic receipts.

i took on the appointment on 18th July and i got for 1st august

I dont know where i have put those receipts ...hopefully it wont cause problem

I have given my medical on 24th June and they just say to bring glasses , not medical history, no need of it ..
They just say you to read letters from globe which is placed there,
Just read them ....
they dont check thoroughly. just write 6/6 , thats it

mine is -1, So i wore and then read the letters . simple
no need to worry .....JUust take glasses with you

Sure thanks bro....ill be taking along with me the IMM 1017 form, passport & nic and there copies, 5 photographs and 5600 rs...any thing else should i take along with me??

yes you should take glasses too
And now a days E-medical has been introduced so only 2 photographs they take and attach in the form,
Because of E-medical The chc-Isb receive the results in 2-3 days

However, you should take 5 photos, you never know..
