If this is Canadian experience then keep working until you have 2 years and then apply.
You have 60 days to apply, just wait and apply, most like it will work.

I already got cec refusal in march.. because of less job duties written on experience! Should I accept this invitation?

You have 60 days to apply. You don't need to accept, you have 3 options: decline, apply or ignore.
I wouldn't say it is an issue, more like " you'll reach 2 months within 60 days timeline anyways, here's your ITA"
They grace award you with 2 years of exp points because you'll meet them before the deadline of the ITA anyways. So, wait till you complete 2 years and then submit your PR application docs against this ITA. This is not going to be an issue for you. All they care about is whether you meet the minimum cutoff. Once you complete 2 years, you'll meet it.

I heard you need to meet all the requirements at the time of ITA as well. and previous refusal is making me anxious.
