Hi All,

I finished my undergrad at McGill, received csq from QC govt and applied for PR from QC. CIC received my application on 15th May 2017 and today I received an email about Invitation to pre-arrival services.

I had no medical request so far and no other communications from them. What does this letter exactly mean? I am currently in Canada, working full time. I feel this letter is for people residing outside Canada. Do anyone of you have a similar situation. If so any information on this matter would be really appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

That's a generic message. Some applicants receive it in the middle of their case processing, while others receive it right before DM or even after a decision is on file.

Thanks a lot! Yeah I called CIC and they said to ignore the message. It does not mean anything for people who applied from within Canada.
